I won't accept any offers for the domain, but, on the positive side, neither will I start changing the price if I get interest. This keeps things clear and simple and negates the need for any middlemen to be involved in the sale.
If you don't want to pay the stated price, please look for an alternative domain. To discourage any offer below the stated price being made, for each offer or enquiry I receive below the asking price, the sale price will rise by the price increment given above for each domain that has been enquired about.

I am however happy to discuss variation in terms etc, and variation in Euro / $ prices if my exchange rate is out of date.

3. If the overall price exceeds £500, all fees are payable by me, otherwise, fees are payable by the purchasor.
4. I will confirm the transaction and await your payment to ESCROW.
5. Once payment has been received at ESCROW I will transfer the domain.
6. The domain will be transferred to you in hours.
7. Once you have the domain, I will receive the payment from ESCROW.
The whole process can be completed in a couple of days.
Alternatively, you can send me a cheque for the domain. The domain will be transferred only when the cheque is fully cleared.
